Never use a brush to clean sensor, get a fan dance. NO also do what others have said, and simply make a long exposure. You need to do is go into the menu and activate the cleaning mode. then you do not take the lens in order and dust blower with the ball. Then you simply turn the camera on completion and must be clean.

eg mirror oscillations have no time to brake.
I LensPen all the time on the lens clean and the target itself
It should be good. to clean the sensor to set the camera light and open lock with a cable release to keep the shutter open while you are in the works.
