She works in my local chicken/pizza fast food place...how do i "make friends+" with her? - turkish olives

I saw it today when my friend and I ordered 7 "pizza. Jalopenos mine was a vegetable + olives and extra cheese. She speaks with an accent, which I think is sexy, i think shes Arabic Turkish, maybe. All advice greatly appreciated.
